Job Description
主要职责/基本职能包括
按出厂检验要求检测产品或者部件使其符合标准
按本地放行程序/作业指导要求对产品进行放行使其符合要求规定
根据检验结果做好相应的记录
熟练使用相关检具对产品进行检测
保证在检验过程中使用的文件是正确和最新修订版本
对不合格品开处理单(NC单)
正确隔离和标识不合格品
正确识别特采物料停止发货产品和部件等
收集日常检验质量数据协助工程师进行统计分析
推动现场流程改进提高质量控制流程和员工工作效率
遵守EHS法规和方针
执行其他职责和/或分配的特殊项目
具体质量目标
掌握与工作相关的最终检验等验收活动的知识确保设备符合标准正确处理非标准物
掌握和理解停止发货特采静电防护校准预防性维护物料标识和隔离规定文件配置控制规范的知识存档并处置不合格品以及和岗位相关的最佳文件管理规范要求
掌握和理解生产过程作业指导书文件控制不合格品的判定和返工文件要求以确保产品符合这些文件要求
理解并遵循GEHC质量手册质量管理体系质量管理方针质量目标和适用的法律和法规
在规定的期限内完成所有计划内的质量和法律法规培训
识别报告任何质量或法规符合性疑虑并及时采取必需的纠正措施
资格
大专及其以上学历/同等学历与本企业生产医疗器械相关的专业
掌握当地语言的阅读写作和表达能力
良好的与人沟通和与人协作能力
具备基本的计算机技能
较强的学习能力
可选资格:
2年相关的质量或质检经验
具备一定的数据统计分析能力
具备英语读写能力优先考虑
