Project Managers lead the successful and profitable outcome of the project. You will be responsible for the management of the overall direction co-ordination implementation execution control and completion of specific projects. Our values will drive everything you do.

In addition to the above you will:

Lead the projects team in the successful execution and delivery of construction projects.
Manage and direct contract administration understanding contractual requirements and expectations.
Set performance expectations with Foremen/Supervisors and construction crews.
Ensure forward planning organising and ordering of contract subbies material plant and people to eliminate down time on the job.
Set project estimates and contribute to tender submissions.

Were looking for someone with:

Minimum 10 years experience in managing the delivery of projects in the Construction industry.
Relevant tertiary qualification (BE or NZCE) or significant industry experience
Strong financial and contractual acumen.
Safety related certification.
Proven client building relationship and management experience
Current Full Class 1 driver licence.
