As a Trust & Estates Associate within the Global Trusts & Estates Practice you support the development and review of key resource documents. You collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure procedural accuracy and compliance. You play a vital role in maintaining high standards for our fiduciary services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create resource documents reflecting technical regulatory and business process changes.
- Maintain and update procedures job aids letters and forms as required.
- Facilitate annual content reviews of all resource documents.
- Partner with subject matter experts and governance leads for document accuracy.
- Meet with SMEs to gather insights on procedural changes.
- Provide assistance in managing system access for team members.
- Ensure clarity and compliance of all resource documents.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals within the team.
- Support the Global Trusts & Estates Practice in meeting governance standards.
- Coordinate with global colleagues to align documentation practices.
- Execute multiple priorities efficiently and with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a bachelors degree.
- Demonstrate at least 6 years of financial services experience managing client information.
- Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills including team management.
- Apply proven experience in developing and maintaining resource documents.
- Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
- Manage time effectively and work independently or within a team.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Familiarize yourself with global trust statutes and fiduciary regulations.
- Leverage technical writing expertise for complex documentation.
- Navigate internal JPM Wealth Management procedure templates and standards.
- Operate internal JPM systems such as SCRIBE Connect Document Tracking System and ACES.
- Interpret and translate information from emails and documents into actionable data.
- Exhibit initiative in problem solving and risk management.
- Build relationships with colleagues across global teams.
