Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer an experienced BI developer who presents self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.

As a part of our global team you will participate in international projects based on Microsoft Stack and Azure Cloud.

Your key responsibilities

As a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer you are responsible for design and implementation of the solutions that enable our clients and business partners taking efficient data driven decisions with ease. You are able to develop and maintain data pipelines data models data integration processes reports dashboards and access rules for end users.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 3 years of commercial experience in similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services.
• Familiarity with various data sources e.g. SQL databases Sharepoint flat files and web sources.
• Solid understanding of database design principles ETL processes data warehousing concepts and data visualization principles.
• Understanding of the importance of governance and security rules when handling data.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions considering security performance scalability etc.
• Experience in enterprise scale solution implementations.
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very good English (verbal and written).

Ideally youll also have

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.).
• Experience in other BI tools like Tableau Qlik Sense SAP BO etc.
• Experience in other RDBMS like Oracle DB2 Teradata.
• Experience in other cloud platforms like AWS GCP Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with data lakes and real-time data processing.
