Job Summary

Job Title: Maintenance Laborer
Job Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $14/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM start time

Overview:
Were hiring a Maintenance Laborer to support general upkeep and repair tasks at a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that involves assisting with facility maintenance basic repairs and ensuring work areas remain clean and functional.

Responsibilities:

Assist with light maintenance tasks such as painting repairs and equipment upkeep
Perform basic plumbing carpentry or mechanical support tasks as needed
Maintain clean and organized work areas both indoors and outdoors
Support janitorial staff with facility cleanliness
Move equipment or materials using carts dollies or by hand
Report any safety issues or repair needs to the supervisor
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Previous experience in general maintenance or laborer roles is a plus
Comfortable working in various environments and around machinery
Must be dependable safety-conscious and able to take direction well
