CP&P is seeking a dependable Production Laborerto join the team at our Salem VAprecast plant. In this hands-on role youll be a vital part of the production process responsible for setting up and preparing for the pouring and finishing of high-quality concrete products. Youll use a variety of hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces as well as make repairs to ensure all products meet our strict quality standards.Prior experience in construction or concrete manufacturing is a plus.
