You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin our dynamic Business Development and Marketing team at St John of God Health Care where you will lead the identification design and implementation of new clinical and non-clinical services across our hospital network.
Key responsibilities include:
Engage with leaders and subject matter experts (SME) to understand the people productivity and transformation agenda and rationale.
Understand and develop initiatives to support the transformation agenda and execution of initiatives that align SJGHC people and culture and business goals to drive effective business outcomes.
Support leaders and teams through change processes including workforce planning recruitment and engagement support.
Provide on-the-ground change support coaching leaders and ensuring the right workforce mix is achieved focussed on critical skills roles and talent.
Support and coach leaders to define build and improve transformation-aligned caregiver engagement experience capability development and performance and retention.
Partner with leaders and key stakeholders in the development and implementation of business plans aligning people plans and priorities consistent with the overall people strategy and planning.
Support the execution of business plans with appropriate headcount planning activities.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in commerce business or a related discipline or possess significant high-level experience in business or service development within a large complex organisation.
You will bring extensive expertise in service planning and development with a proven track record in the successful implementation and commissioning of new services. Strong financial management and analysis skills are essential alongside demonstrated experience leading and contributing to project teams that deliver successful outcomes.
You should have strong analytical capabilities the ability to effectively promote influence and implement change and highly developed strategic conceptual and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities combined with proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills will be key to your success in this role.

We can offer you
$154000 to $171000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Two positions available Permanent Full-Time position and Fixed term Full-Time contract to August 2026
