The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences (PENS) of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi invites applications for Chemistry Adjunct faculty position(s). The candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate labs (primarily General Chemistry I & II as well as possibly Organic Chemistry I & II) and possibly some lectures. The lecture courses would be dependent on the area of expertise (background) of the candidate.
The chemistry program is part of an interdisciplinary department the Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences (PENS). The PENS department offers undergraduate degrees in Chemistry Environmental Science Geology Atmospheric Science and Physics. The PENS department also offers masters degrees in Chemistry Environmental Science Coastal and Marine System addition the department also offers a PhD in Coastal and Marine System Science. This is an open-ended search and applications will be taken at any time.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a Masters or PhD degree in chemistry or at least 18 hours of graduate level chemistry courses.
Job Duties: The candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate labs (primarily General Chemistry I & II as well as possibly Organic Chemistry I & II) and possibly some lectures. The lecture courses would be dependent on the area of expertise (background) of the candidate.
