About You
Are you a skilled project coordinator with a passion for international education and global engagement Join the Strategy International & Engagement Portfolio within RMITs College of Business and Law where youll coordinate a diverse range of initiatives that strengthen international partnerships support offshore recruitment and enhance alumni and mobility programs.
In this dynamic role youll manage logistics for study tours and delegations develop tailored engagement materials conduct market research and collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver high-impact international activities. Youll also maintain partnership data contribute to reporting and continuous improvement and help align College priorities with international strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced cross-cultural environment and bring experience in international education stakeholder engagement and project coordination wed love to hear from you.
To be successful in this position youll have:
Demonstrated experience in project coordination ideally within international education partnerships or recruitment contexts.
Strong understanding of international business practices cultural nuances and the dynamics of global collaboration.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering quality outcomes under tight timelines.
High level of organisational and analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
Collaborative and proactive mindset with ability to work across teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
