Job Description
- Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing identifying evaluating closing)
- Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition pipeline calibration interviewing preparedness candidate assessment and decision-making
- Creating and posting vacancies atdifferent professional resources
- Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Monitoring job market
- Taking part in PR events (job fairs conferences user groups etc.)
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Maintaining candidate database
Qualifications :
- Atleast 3 years ofexperience inrecruitment atinternational companies
- Experience innegotiating with management
- Good knowledge oftheIT market its players salary ranges and market tendencies
- Good skills incandidate search and selection including direct sourcing
- Good knowledge offull cycle recruitment process
- Сomprehensive understanding ofthe full-cycle recruitment process
- Experience inapplying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation
- Atleast anUpper-Intermediate level ofEnglish
