Job Summary
The opportunity
Bancila Diaconu & Asociații SPRL is actively recruiting senior lawyers for the M&A / Commercial / Real Estate practice.
Successful Skills and Abilities:
- Being senior lawyer (presence in the Bucharest Bar or another bar in Romania);
- 3-6 years of professional experience in commercial law and M&A within a law firm;
- Experience in Real Estate projects is a plus;
- Solid legal knowledge analytical spirit and effective experience in Civil Law and Corporate Law;
- Good command of the English language;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Flexibility proactivity interpersonal skills and a desire for learning and development;
- Pragmatic approach focus on the commercial needs of the client;
- Team spirit focus on understanding the needs of clients and the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting activities in a pleasant and dynamic team focusing on constructive approaches and identifying innovative solutions;
- Managing complex corporate commercial and real estate law projects;
- Managing projects regarding business transfers mergers and transactions;
- Drafting or reviewing contracts;
- Drafting or reviewing memoranda on various legal aspects;
- Conducting due diligence analyses.
