Job Summary

What You Will Do:

Were hiring a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist on behalf of a fast-growing client in the financial services/FinTech this role you will help shape and grow the brands digital presence across the Thai market. You will:

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the Thai market.
Create and manage engaging content (text images video) across key social platforms on a daily basis.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Engage with the community by responding to customer inquiries comments and feedback on social channels.
Track and report on performance metrics analyze results and suggest improvements.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends tools and best practices in Thailand.
Assist in managing paid promotions including setup tracking and performance analysis.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Youre someone who understands the power of social media in building brand loyalty and engaging online communities. You will be a great fit if you have:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram X/Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.)
Experience using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms.
A good eye for design and storytelling with the ability to produce content that resonates.
Experience with paid social campaigns including basic setup budgeting and performance tracking.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.
