APDM Asia Pacific Distributor Markets e.g. Cambodia Laos Indonesia Malaysia Myanmar Sri Lanka and Bangladesh etc.

Network Strategy & Dealer Development

  • Develop and execute dealer network strategy and market action plans; update market intelligence (tracking sheets registration DB market studies).
  • Lead dealer selection shortlisting appointment termination and business plan review for candidates.
  • Manage newdealer construction and signature renovations; support dealer rehab programs to accelerate new dealer performance.

Market Representation & Facilities

  • Maintain and improve the APDM network plan and conduct market/capacity studies.
  • Ensure all facilities meet brand standards; manage renovation/construction workflows certification and approval.
  • Support paperwork due diligence and supplier engagement for signage millwork and furniture

Performance Training & Programs

  • Build and run dealer performance programs: Annual Sales Objectives / Annual Planning Volume (ASO/APV) ASO alignment Dealer Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions for underperforming dealers.
  • Drive dealer competency and readiness: launch training pathways with Ford Academy manage STARS reporting track TNA actions and run annual awards and dealer satisfaction studies.
  • Use market and competitor intelligence (including showroom visits) to identify opportunities and inform distributor actions.

Governance Launch & Administration

  • Coordinate launch activities with APDM operations to ensure distributor access to required applications and successful market entry.
  • Prepare LOUs/agreements track expiry/renewals and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as single point of contact for crossfunctional stakeholders (finance logistics production) and keep all market representation records and documents up to date. (finance logistics production) and keep all market representation records and documents up to date.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Dealer Network Development Channel Management or Retail Operations within the automotive industry.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing facility construction renovation and brand identity (CI) implementation.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data for network planning and develop effective dealer performance improvement plans.
  • Solid understanding of legal agreements (LOUs) compliance and governance related to dealer appointments and terminations.
  • Experience in managing training pathways and driving dealer competency through structured programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills capable of working with investors suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural awareness of the Asia Pacific region; willingness to travel to distributor markets as required.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an asset.
