Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for clients handling inquiries through phone calls emails and live chat. Your mission will be to provide clear solutions resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a professional friendly manner via phone email and chat
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries from service information to account support and troubleshooting

- Accurately document cases and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
