Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including onboarding employee records and compliance.

  • Support the recruitment process: posting jobs screening CVs and arranging interviews.

  • Communicate with candidates and clients professionally.

  • Maintain HR and recruitment databases.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.

  • 1 -2 years of online HR/recruitment experience (preferred).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working with HR software MS Office and online platforms.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
