Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team at RayaCX in Cairo Egypt. As a Call Center Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers providing them with excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding products services and policies
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism
- Documenting all customer interactions and keeping accurate records of all calls and inquiries
- Meeting personal and team targets for call volume quality and customer satisfaction
- Continuously updating knowledge of company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
