Job Summary
Travel Consultant (Danish-speaking) Remote in Latvia or Estonia
Ready to turn your passion for travel into your career Join our international team as a Travel Consultant where youll help customers plan and manage their journeys while delivering outstanding service all from the comfort of your home in Latvia or Estonia.
What Youll Do
- Support Danish-speaking customers with travel bookings changes and inquiries.
- Provide solutions with professionalism empathy and a smile (even over the phone ).
- Handle requests via phone email or chat ensuring smooth travel experiences 365 days a year.
- Work shifts: MonFri (09:0020:00) and SatSun (10:0019:00). Bank holidays are paid double.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (C1C2/native) good English (B2).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to confirm: Yes I will be moving on my own if relocating from abroad (no relocation support provided).
