Youll step into a collaborative and supportive P&O team in Denmark. We are a group of passionate P&O Consultants who work together to provide high-quality people services to leaders and employees across the organization.
The Consultant team is part of the larger P&O Denmark organization which includes Core Delivery Payroll Employee Relations and a P&O Partner team. Together we deliver reliable and valuable support that helps drive business success.
We are based in both our Hørsholm and Lyngby offices where collaboration knowledge-sharing and a sense of humor are part of daily life.
In this role youll make an impact by:
As aP&O Consultant you will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the organization. Youll provide both hands-on execution of people processes and proactive advice to leaders on people-related matters. Whether its guiding leaders through day-to-day challenges like performance management or facilitating team development workshops youll help create an environment where teams can perform and thrive.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting leaders with the implementation of key annual HR processes such as performance reviews employee development plans and compensation reviews.
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on people matters for example addressing employee performance challenges supporting long-term sick leave cases or handling other employee relations topics in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Facilitating team development activities such as workshops and sessions focused on improving team dynamics collaboration or engagement.
Collaborating with the P&O Core Delivery team to ensure smooth execution of HR administrative tasks including contracts onboarding and offboarding processes.
Contributing to change management initiatives by supporting leaders in navigating organizational changes team adjustments or new ways of working.
Using data and insights to identify trends (e.g. related to engagement absenteeism or turnover) and proposing actionable solutions to address any potential issues.
To succeed its an advantage (but not a must) if you hold:
A relevant academic background (e.g. in Human Resources Business Administration or similar).
Experience in an HR generalist or consultant role.
Knowledge of Danish labor law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail youre great at juggling multiple tasks and staying on top of deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills youre approachable and build trust with leaders and employees alike.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools including data reporting.
