Job Summary

We are working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a French-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Position: Sales retention Agent

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promote the companys products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in French both oral and written. Fluent in English.
Previous Retention experience is essential
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills.
