Join us as a Supervisor in our Post Care Support Services program and be part of something bigger.

What youll do

As a Supervisor you will lead a passionate team of Support Facilitators in our Post Care Support program whilst also holding a small case load of your own to support young people transitioning from Out of Home Care to independent adulthood. Youll guide trauma-informed culturally responsive practice and ensure every young person receives the support they need to thrive.

This is a dual impact role you will supervise and inspire staff while also directly supporting a caseload of young people with complex needs. Youll be a mentor motivator and change-maker bringing out the best in your team and the young people they serve.

This is a full-time position based at Kurralta Park.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

Providing reflective supervision mentoring and daily leadership to Support Facilitators

Delivering direct support to a small caseload of young people with complex needs

Driving excellence through trauma-informed restorative and client-led practices

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

Demonstrated experience supervising staff and leading service delivery in youth or social services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

Proven experience working with young people with complex needs ideally in the leaving care sector

A deep belief in the possibility of change and a passion for empowering others

Bachelors Degree in Social Work
