Job Summary

Our client specializes in providing top-notch Plumbing and HVAC services. They are currently in search of a dedicated and hands-on Shop Lead to oversee daily operations of their warehouse and shop facilities. This cross-functional role combines management and physical labor supporting the construction teams by maintaining tools equipment and vehicles ensuring everything is safe organized and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of warehouse and shop facilities
Maintain tools equipment and vehicles
Ensure safety and organization of work environment
Manage warranties and monitor tool check-in/check-out procedures

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with familiarity with construction equipment such as jetters propress/mega press tools meters and drain/sewer systems
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs digging ditches and making occasional part deliveries
Experience in property management or working in construction environments is highly valued
Ability to work independently manage resources and communicate effectively with field staff
Proactive attitude reliability and tenure
