American Truck Centers Kansas City is seeking an experienced and dedicated Heavy Duty Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. Were a high-level commercial truck service shop and we pride ourselves on providing top-tier service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a parts professional with a strong background in commercial truck parts to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist service technicians and customers in identifying and locating heavy-duty commercial truck parts.
Manage parts inventory including ordering receiving and stocking parts.
Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and stockroom.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
Use parts catalogs and computer systems to look up and order parts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with heavy-duty commercial truck parts is a must.
Strong knowledge of various truck components and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with parts management software and computer systems.

Salary: $41600 - $65000 per year based on experience
