Wallbanger Academy is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and students in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests and inquiries from staff and students
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware software and network connectivity
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up and troubleshoot printers scanners and other peripherals
- Ensure data security and privacy by implementing appropriate measures
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and technologies
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to utilize IT resources effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of network protocols and internet technologies
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support roles. Experience working in an educational institution would be a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70000 - $85000 per year
