* Assist with intake logging and tracking of guest employee and vendor claims.
* Review incident reports for accuracy completeness and compliance.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint); familiarity with claims or CRM systems a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
