## **Position Overview**
The **Marketing Insights Analyst** will play a critical role in analyzing marketing performance consumer behavior and business trends to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This remote position will support the marketing and executive leadership teams by creating data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns improve customer engagement and enhance ROI across multiple channels.

## **Key Responsibilities**
* **Data Collection & Analysis**
* Gather clean and interpret marketing and customer data from multiple sources (POS CRM loyalty programs digital campaigns social media website analytics etc.).
* Monitor marketing campaign performance and evaluate KPIs including ROI conversion rates engagement metrics and customer acquisition/retention trends.
* **Insights & Reporting**
* Develop dashboards visualizations and reports to present findings to the marketing and leadership teams.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
* Identify key customer segments dining behaviors and emerging market opportunities.
* **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**
* Conduct competitor analysis industry benchmarking and market trend evaluations.
* Support menu pricing promotions and new location planning with data-driven insights.
* **Collaboration**
* Work closely with marketing operations and leadership to support decision-making.
* Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize paid campaigns social media and email strategies based on data.

## **Qualifications & Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Analytics Statistics Economics or related field (Masters degree preferred).
* **Experience:**
* 3 years of experience in marketing analytics data insights or a similar role.
* Restaurant hospitality or retail industry experience preferred.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Strong proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or similar).
* Familiarity with Google Analytics CRM platforms and digital marketing metrics.
* Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis.
* **Soft Skills:**
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skillsability to explain technical findings in business-friendly terms.
* Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* **Work Authorization:** Must be a **U.S. Citizen or hold a valid U.S. Work Permit**.
