We are expanding our corporate team to strengthen operational compliance and contract management and we are seeking a detail-oriented **Contracts Specialist** to join us remotely.

### **Position Overview**

The **Contracts Specialist** will play a critical role in reviewing drafting negotiating and managing contracts and agreements that support DIVIETO Ristorante Groups business operations. This role requires strong knowledge of contract law excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance procurement operations and legal counsel.

The ideal candidate will ensure all contracts align with corporate policies mitigate risks and protect the companys interests while maintaining strong vendor partner and stakeholder relationships.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Contract Drafting & Review**

* Draft review and negotiate a variety of contracts including vendor agreements supplier contracts service agreements NDAs leases and partnership agreements.

* Ensure all terms comply with company policies applicable laws and industry best practices.

* **Contract Management**

* Maintain a centralized digital database of contracts and track key milestones such as renewals expirations and obligations.

* Implement processes to ensure timely renewals and compliance monitoring.

* **Risk Management & Compliance**

* Identify contractual risks and propose solutions to minimize exposure.

* Ensure all agreements adhere to state and federal regulations applicable to the restaurant and hospitality industry.

* Coordinate with legal counsel when necessary for complex negotiations or disputes.

* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

* Work closely with procurement finance and operations to ensure contracts support business needs.

* Support internal stakeholders with contract-related inquiries and training.

* **Reporting & Analysis**

* Prepare reports on contract status compliance metrics and potential risks for executive leadership.

* Provide recommendations for improving contract lifecycle efficiency.

### **Qualifications**

**Required:**

* U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit (mandatory).

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Legal Studies or related field.

* 3 years of experience in contract administration contract management or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of contract law negotiation strategies and compliance standards.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* High attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software/tools.

**Preferred:**

* Experience in the hospitality food service or restaurant industry.

* Familiarity with federal and state regulatory compliance specific to hospitality operations.

* Paralegal certification or JD (not required but a plus).
