Were Hiring: Travel Specialist with Amadeus Sabre or Galileo Experience
Remote in Portugal OR Hybrid in Lisbon Full-time

What Youll Do:

Provide personalized support to business travelers

Solve travel & tech issues from simple queries to urgent emergencies

Stay ahead with travel industry knowledge to deliver best-in-class service

Collaborate with global teams and share feedback to improve products

Meet and exceed performance goals while building strong client relationships
What Were Looking For:

Professionally Fluent Italian and English (C1)
-
Experience with GDS systems (Sabre Amadeus Galileo mandatory)

Background in customer service (travel/hospitality preferred)

Metrics-driven with strong communication & collaboration skills

Tech-savvy (Gmail Zendesk Slack Salesforce)

Flexibility to work rotating schedules (Mon - Sun 7 AM to 10 PM)
