You will be the first point of contact for airline passengers assisting them with:

Flight bookings changes and cancellations

Baggage inquiries and check-in support

Loyalty program questions

Providing clear and professional solutions to customer needs
Requirements

Native/Fluent Spanish (C2 level)

Good English (for internal communication)

Proven experience in customer service imperative
-
Already based in Lisbon Portugal (no relocation provided)

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to work on rotational shifts
