How will you make an impact in this role
Work closely with other stakeholders involved in the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process to ensure successful closure.
Working closely by identifying relevant teams once a CAP is opened organizing kick off sessions documenting minutes and developing a plan to allow completion of relevant milestones.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of an APO Program Management Office to drive robust and accurate information and reporting to leadership.
- Develop and execute the Corrective Action Plan Event Action Plan or Rapid Harm Prevention plan.
- Define and document requirements and the corresponding plan to meet milestone due dates.
- Engage and coordinate all the technology teams.
- Ensure accurate information are reflected and documented in archer.
- Strong American Express Product knowledge
- Strong American Express Technical Capabilities knowledge
- Facilitate the CAP closure process including managing meetings & documenting artifacts
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders involved in CAP closure
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 Years American Express technology experience in Enterprise Platform Capabilities
- Advanced skills in Communication Cross Collaboration Agile Principles Product Management and Development
- Coaching and Mentoring and Transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Information System or equivalent
- Previous experience with Enterprise Platform Loyalty and Global Accounts Receivable Capabilities.

- Location: BGC Corporate Center 2 5th Avenue corner 30th Street Bonifacio Global City Taguig
- Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
- Work From Home Requirements:
- Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
- Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
