The Team:
ServiceNow is building a next generation Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. We need someone with skills in IAM including PAM (Privileged Access Management) IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) software development and technical program leadership. The Role:
- Be a leader in ServiceNows IAM program! Define develop and lead a world-class program team intended to align security controls based on business drivers and risk.
- Drive security-related operational architecture and infrastructure changes to achieve the targeted security IAM standards.
- Report on ServiceNow IAM posture against established security metrics and continually improve measured metrics.
- Foster collaboration and delivery of dependencies for the next gen IAM programs operation.
- Lead key project-based technical initiatives that improve overall ServiceNow IAM security posture.
- Serve as a thought leader and technical advisor to stakeholders on identity-related risks trends and best practices.
- Provide status and knowledge sharing to all partners while incorporating feedback on vision and delivery.
- Engage with risk and compliance teams across the organization to ensure a cohesive and meaningful IAM strategy is in place.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role we need someone who has:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Track record in driving delivery of complex technical IAM security programs across large organizations
- 10 years of progressive experience in IAM cybersecurity or infrastructure engineering including 5 years in technical leadership or senior management roles
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale IAM programs across complex global environments.
- Ability to communicate complex IAM technical security details regardless of the audiences background
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams manage cross-functional projects and drive execution under tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks; infrastructure IAM applications security risks and their mitigations
- Knowledge and experience with IAM design and modeling including risk assessment both at the application and organizational level.
- Planning organizing and negotiating skills across a large global organization
- Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodology and in many facets of technical security and computing (mobile servers clients web cloud etc.)
- Technical security experience in IAM products protocols access control mechanisms data tier protections and compliance highly valued
- Cloud and Mobile experience good to have as we have a large mobile end user presence

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $168900 - $295600 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
