Job Summary
SUMMARY
The Regional Payroll Analyst is a key role and will lead the payroll function to deliver world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payrolls for all Opcos per defined schedules.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of GlobalView and/or Celergo and processing payroll.
- Ability to run standard and create ad hoc reports.
- Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance to legislation.
- Develop standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication with regional policy.
- Define process for processing annual statements.
- Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year.
- Monitor escalations for employee inquiries.
- Identify gaps and seek opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement.
- Validate payroll data and documents for errors checking whether all amounts are accurate based on hours workedand ensuringemployees are paid correctly and withinthe payroll payment deadlines.
- Process equity inclusions relocation imputed income and other taxable inclusions
- Support testing as needed defined by Manager Payroll Systems
- Ensure all tasks are reviewed and approved.
- Complete detailed monthly payroll variance analysis and reconciliation to inform management of variances that require further review.
- Escalate payroll related issues seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems and propose reasonable solutions.
- Provide EMEA payroll and operational support services relating to payroll services. Ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately in accordance with regional countries local regulations.

- Ability to gain credibility with OpCos Influence others and make recommendations for change.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred or supporting technical diploma.
- Minimum (3) years experience in ADP service models preferably using ADP GlobalView ADP eTime ADP Celergo or ADP Streamline.
- Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the region.
- Must be proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook Teams)
- Fluent in English multi-lingual preferred
