Join a collaborative high-functioning team in a busy setting. This department based at our 32nd Avenue campus offers an efficient and effective practice for a team-oriented candidate desiring to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Experienced candidates with backgrounds in acute settings required.

• Seeking full-time NP to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo ND
• Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance
• Strong collegial team
• Patient load per NP will average 14-16
• No procedures required
• Hospitalist Specialty and Intensivist support
• Twelve-hour shifts coverage 7 days a week
• Flexible scheduling
• Acute Care Training or Previous NP Hospitalist experience required

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited program/institution
• The ideal candidate will have an adult geriatric acute care certification and/or strong clinical background in an acute care setting

LOCATION:

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 200000
• Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals

Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate states
