Description
In this role you will have the chance to work closely with experienced healthcare providers assist in patient care and contribute to the overall mission of improving health outcomes in the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality healthcare services in an Ob/Gyn setting
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies
- Stay current with developments in the nursing and Ob/Gyn field
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oklahoma
- Entry-level experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Ob/Gyn practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Daily Volume: 10-12 patients
Duties: Pap smears elective birth control IUDs colposcopies EMBs DUB workups and therapy etc.
Minimal prenatal and some post-menopausal care
Must be comfortable working independently
Board certification required
