Join Caredig as a Front of House Supervisor and make a real difference in the lives of our tenants helping to create a welcoming supportive environment for tenants. Youll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors delivering excellent customer service and helping residents live independently in their homes.

• 13.17 per hour 16436.16 annually

About the role

Our Front of House Coordinators provide a range of servicesdelivering excellent customer service while coordinating volunteers supporting community events managing stock and running the on-site shop. Youll also provide housing information show properties handle payments and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We welcome previous experience working as customer service hospitality or front of house roles housing support community engagement or volunteer coordination care or support backgrounds.
