Job Description
- Leading a 25 FTE/ FTC members Sales Meetings Support and Service team cross region base in various cities reporting to Head of Business Partners China Travel Meetings Card and Fleet ( TMC&F )
- Introducing and Close Meeting process management gap and improve operation efficiency to serve Sales Rep Retail and KA team following company Procurement Compliance and Finance policy etc.
- In charge of operation and service quality control from Suppliers not only included Meeting Planning Agency of SLA/ KPI achievements and sample check time by time
- Organizing global and China policy update refreshing training and suspicious case sharing
- Forecasting Managing and tracking of data to ensure compliance and drive the improvement plan as necessary
- Engagement with Human Health Vaccines and Animal Health Senior Leadership as business partner for business needs for planning support review and reporting per request
- In a Matrix Org of Cross functions communication group to collaborate with peers other supporting function in country/ Regional and Global level
- Preparing meeting training materials and support training of SOP/management meeting operation process update
- Conduct Employees annual Performance Review Goal and Development management
- Support other projects as requested by Global Regional team and Line Manager
- University Bachelor holder with 8-10 years above relevant working background preferred
- Fluency English presentation and communication skills with regional and global team
