Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Monterrey. This role is part of our Filtration Business Unit and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience across the local market.

Purpose of the job

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments such as production planning finance and logistics. You will also support the Sales Management team by addressing and resolving customer-related issues including returns and delivery delays.

Main responsibilities

    • Analyze and manage the customer order portfolio with a critical and solution-oriented mindset

    • Operate Ahlstroms ERP system to input track and manage order information
    • Deliver high-quality customer service to local clients
    • Resolve issues related to customer orders in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with Sales Management to support logistics production planning and customer communications
    • Generate reports and insights to support Sales Management decision-making
    • Act as a liaison between Sales and departments such as Quality Application Engineering and Continuous Improvement

Required qualifications and experience

  • University degree (Bachelors level or higher)
  • Experience in customer service activity preferably matured in an industrial environment
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in business English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • High level of accountability organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems
