We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service team in Monterrey. This role is part of our Filtration Business Unit and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience across the local market.
Purpose of the job
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments such as production planning finance and logistics. You will also support the Sales Management team by addressing and resolving customer-related issues including returns and delivery delays.
Main responsibilities
Required qualifications and experience
- University degree (Bachelors level or higher)
- Experience in customer service activity preferably matured in an industrial environment
- Native Spanish speaker with fluency in business English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- High level of accountability organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems
