Job Vacancy: Kitchen Porter at Foxhills Collection
Are you dedicated to and passionate about maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchens and associated areas Foxhills Collection is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join their Kitchen team to ensure the kitchens and associated food store and preparation areas are cleaned to a five start EHO standard at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all cooking and kitchen equipment is cleaned to a high standard in accordance with EHO standards and in a timely fashion ready for chef use as needed.
- Ensure floors walls surfaces fixtures and fittings are cleaned regularly with the correct chemicals to ensure five star EHO compliance
- Minimise breakages through careful storage and handling of crockery glassware bakeware and equipment.
- Removal kitchen waste promptly to the external bin area and maintaing the area to ensure rubbish is bagged covered and not accessible to pests
- Support the chefs when required with basic food preparation
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed as per company standards
- Remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment reporting any problems to a senior chef.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations food safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
