Located in Shanghai New Bund International Business District Shangri-La Qiantan Shanghai is within walking distance of the New Bund Center and the New Bund Taikoo Li. It is also conveniently located near the sports leisure business retail international school healthcare facilities and residential area in Qiantan.
Leveraging the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.
We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager we rely on you to:
- Be responsible in promoting the hotel and F&B outlets in the digital space and drive business via the online channel in accordance to the hotels market positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in line with the hotels overall goal on online business.
- Keeps abreast of current and future competitors digital marketing activities.
- Implement social media strategies and planning including but not limited to WeChat Weibo Tiktok and Red Note.
- Explore and establish resources on digital platforms including on-line channels key opinion leaders and big social accounts.
- Ensures that hotel and F&B outlets presence in all approved online distribution websites are up to date and in line with the hotel branding.
- Hotel EDM database management and EDM planning and distribution.
- Assist in exploring new online business opportunities with third party sites for rooms F&B and spa.
- Arrange shooting and interview request from Key Opinion Leader online media and assist on the shooing and interview of online media with content providing and facilitation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications experience.
- Background in social media planning and execution.
- Resource and network of Key Opinion Leader.
- Social media savvy.
- Excellent in Chinese especially the written.
- Oral and written fluency in English due to the job requirement.
