The Senior Producer Digital Optimization Program Manager spearheads programs designed to accelerate our Testing and Optimization efforts across content platforms and systems including () Email and key Apple and Partner Apps. The role partners with cross-functional teams in data science engineering product and content to ensure seamless execution of test ideation execution and reporting within a well-defined and scalable process.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management with a focus on data-driven cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience leading large complex multi-track programs in content platform or systems environments with ability to combine a clear vision with structured plans and measurable outcomes.
- History of success navigating matrixed organizations and building strong relationships with technical and non-technical partners to effectively influence outcomes.
- Experience in change management process design and adoption across global or distributed teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills thrives working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies across e-commerce and channel platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing Testing and Optimization programs extensive knowledge of optimization workflow and tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of statistical testing methods and experiment design.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience managing producer and agency teams on production and delivery.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and AEM.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
