As a Talent Consultant youll be at the heart of that goal partnering with a diverse team of professionals toprovide people-driven HR services. The opportunity
Talent has seen a significant investment and growth in our people and youll see that reflected in this role. Youll provide a high level of talent consultation to the firm while leading change initiatives around human resources (HR) programs and processes. Whatever you find yourself working on it all comes down to providing strategic consultation to business leaders that will allow them to drive business results. As a trusted advisor to the business youll be part of the leadership team translating the business strategy into talent solutions.
Your key responsibilities
Youll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes including compensation performance management and career development. Youll serve as the frontline support to customer groups as well as provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives. Youll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders. Utilizing data analytics youll provide insight on headcount salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed. You may also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members.
