Your key responsibilities
Pipeline Management;
Capturing and maintaining opportunities projects in the dedicated system;
Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
Support in pricing budgeting and forecasting;
Regular proactive analysis discussion evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients;
Preparation of complex settlements;
Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
Support in dunning processes;
Creation of interfirm statements;
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
Setup Engagement Code
Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting);
You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements;
Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
Stay connected with the business and functional experts;

To qualify for the role you must have
You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent communications and organizational skills
