Job Description

TRACK es un programa global de alto desempeño diseñado por General Motors con el objetivo de atraer a los mejores talentos para integrar la próxima generación de líderes de la compañía.

Cuandopostulása TRACKingresásauna vía rápida de desarrollo profesional quete da la oportunidad de tener experiencia práctica en asignaciones complejas enfrentar desafíos interfuncionales recibircapacitación y coaching directo de líderes de la organización yestaren una posición de altaexposición al área y al negocio tanto local como regional.

Esta asignación TRACK es específicamente para el área de Finanzas en Argentina.

El programa tiene una duración de 3 años e incluye rotacionesanuales. En cada rotación se asigna un proyectode creciente á una evaluación al finalizar cada año.

Requisitos:

• Profesional graduado entre Julio 2022 y Julio 2025 decarreras de Ciencias Económicas e Ingeniería.

• Se valorará estudios de Postgrado.

• Excelencia Académica.

• Manejo Avanzado deInglés.

• Se valorará el dominio dePortugués.
