About the Opportunity:

As one of ourPersonal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincents Care Corinda.

Located just 14 km from the CBD in the leafy western suburbs St Vincents Care Corinda is a beautiful newly built home. Opened in early 2022 the home delivers outstanding levels of wellbeing and comfort for our residents and a positive uplifting work/life balance for our staff.

Things that work for us:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential

  • 6 months experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

  • Understanding of Aged Care resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
