Job Summary

The Opportunity:

Based at our Eveleigh headquarters you will be responsible for performing the role of Production Assistant/Autocue Operator on a rotating roster within the live studio operations environment. The position will work on all programs including News Sunrise Weekend Sunrise and The Morning Show. The position will liaise closely with Talent Floor Crew Directors and Producers to accurately prepare rundowns roll autocue for program Talent and the Control Room as well as print scripts for Directors and Studio Crew.

The role will require shift work and weekend work.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in News and on-air operations
  • The ability to think clearly and act quickly under pressure requiring minimal supervision
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced work environment that can change rapidly
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong pre-production skillset
  • Strong computer/technology skills
