Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Solutions Architect to join our dynamic marketing department within a healthcare system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design development implementation and maintenance of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing operations and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end CRM solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the healthcare systems marketing department.
- Lead the implementation and integration of CRM systems ensuring alignment with organizational goals data security and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the marketing department and IT teams to gather requirements define workflows and establish best practices for CRM utilization.
- Develop and maintain data models schemas and architecture documentation to support CRM implementation and customization.
- Oversee the configuration customization and optimization of CRM platforms to enhance user experience increase efficiency and drive marketing effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in CRM and evaluate their potential impact on the healthcare systems marketing operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CRM-related initiatives representing the marketing departments interests in cross-functional projects and strategic planning efforts.
- Collaborate with vendors consultants and other external partners to evaluate third-party solutions negotiate contracts and ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Monitor system performance conduct regular audits and implement proactive maintenance and optimization strategies to ensure the reliability scalability and security of CRM systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM architecture design implementation and administration with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex CRM projects from inception to completion with a strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise-grade systems including configuration customization and integration capabilities.
- Experience with data modeling database design and SQL programming in a healthcare environment with a solid understanding of HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect preferred.
