Your role as a Performance Marketing Specialist at Klingit
As a Performance Marketing Specialist youll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple clients. Working hands-on with ad platforms you will continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance and addition you will take a leadership role in media planning balancing short-term sales with long-term brand growth. Your expertise will guide clients in navigating the digital landscape ensuring their marketing investments drive sustainable success. Beyond client work you will play a key role in shaping our broader digital marketing offering and internal processes.
In this role you will:
Set goals and develop data-driven media plans ensuring long-term growth
Strategize manage and optimize multi-channel digital ad campaigns across Paid Social (Meta LinkedIn TikTok Snapchat) Paid Search (Google Microsoft Ads) Online Video (YouTube) and Display (GDN)
Lead client interactions acting as a trusted advisor on digital advertising
Utilize data analysis (Google Analytics) and data visualization (Looker Studio) to measure impact identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements
Take initiative in shaping and expanding Klingits digital marketing offering refining processes workflows and strategies for growth
Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure marketing assets are optimized for performance and aligned with strategic objectives
Stay ahead of industry trends continuously testing and implementing best practices to improve client results
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and media planning
Proven expertise in Paid Social (Meta LinkedIn etc.) and Paid Search (Google Ads)
Deep analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Looker Studio
A strategic mindset capable of balancing tactical performance campaigns with long-term brand-building initiatives
Strong leadership and client management experience with the ability to set goals and drive growth for multiple accounts
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment where you take ownership and drive initiatives forward
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Additional skills (nice to have):
Experience with Pinterest Ads Reddit Ads or other emerging ad platforms
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and broader (digital) media planning
