Day-to-day work:

Provide an accurate and detailed evaluation and assessment prior to the clients entrance into their respective programs (OT Work Conditioning Work Hardening Brain Injury etc.)Develop individualized occupational therapy programs for each client based on the clients needs both from the physical assessment and from their personal goals. Maintain accurate and pertinent treatment records that accurately capture changes in the clients functional status. Participate in multidisciplinary conferences client-care planning and/or program development meetings. Coordinate treatment regimens and programs with the client and the other members of the team. Provide assessment and follow-up assessment and develop a plan for the clients independent home program or further follow-up as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

Active WA OT license in good standing.
Ability to legally work in the US.

Desired Skills Experience and Education:

Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
1 years of experience
Understanding of Workers Compensation as it relates to treating injured workers
Experience working with interpreters
CPR Certification
