British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp Marketing (Brand Deployment & Activation) in Jakarta
Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. Its more than just an internship its a dynamic learning experience where youll flourish develop key skills and become a future industry leader.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the execution of 360 marketing activations including events community engagement and digital campaigns.
- Assist with content planning publishing and performance tracking on social media.
- Help prepare creative briefs and adapt content in collaboration with agencies.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) for retail visibility.
- Monitor trends competitors and campaign KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communication or related fields) with max. 1 year of experience (final-year students are welcome).
- Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Proficient in English (reading writing speaking).
- Strong interest in digital marketing consumer trends and the FMCG industry.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word); knowledge of marketing communication design is an advantage.
- Strong communication organizational and collaboration skills.
