As a trusted financial partner you will thrive on building lasting relationships and making a real impact in your local communities. Supported by a strong referral pipeline from our local real estate and rural teams you will be the first point of contact for customers - delivering tailored lending solutions to a variety of clients through their home loan journey. Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Broker you will:
- Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
- Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
- Prepare loan applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior management on strategies for business growth
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
About You
To succeed at Elders you have:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
- Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
- Strong understanding of lending products loan structures and credit assessment processes
- Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g. MFAA FBAA)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
