Job Summary
We are searching for Account Manager in Food & Beverage division.
On this position you will be responsible forselling organizations products/services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.
Area: Poland warmińsko-mazurskie / podlaskie / mazowieckie
Your responsibilities
- Monitor the market customers competitors to identify relevant Risks and Opportunities to achieve the yearly TOP LINE plan
- Build and monitor pipeline for compounds and equipment
- Generate conversion-gains
- Retain to Win (RtW) to deliver top line targets
- Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan
- Deliver VALUE to meet customers contract requirements.
- Promote Innovation to customers in commercial meetings
Our requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Previous Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- A valid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- 5 years of experience in technical sales in manufacturing environments ideally in F&B processing industry.
- F&B market and technical expertise. Food technology.
- Flexibility for overnight travel as needed
Optional
- Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions
- Self-motivated with effective organizational/time management skills
- Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
